We operate with experienced operatives and sub-contractors who hold the appropriate qualifications and tickets (CSCS, CPCS for plant, PASMA/IPAF where required, and registered Gas engineers for any gas work). All works are carried out under our management and are covered by full public liability and employers’ liability insurance. He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
