I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. Really professional job. Kept me updated all the time. I'm so grateful and impressed I could not rate them high enough. They took over my worse nightmare and made it flawless

The team of three turned up on time, three lovely and polite gentlemen. They worked really hard and cleaned the house from top to bottom. I must admit it was a gruelling task, as the house, I'm ashamed to say, had not been vacuumed or dusted for 6 months, due to my total hip replacement. Agreed a price and before doing the job already trying to renegotiate the price up another £50. Turned up 30mins late. Then tried to say the load was more than picture and video. In fact was less as emptied bags into garden waste bin. Tried to renegotiate the price up £50 again, already had half a load in their van. Finally filled their van up. Left a load of rubbish in the front garden including glass that they smashed up and tried to hide. Just had to pick it up as have a dog and young children. Licence??

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
