Greg and his team were excellent. Greg was very knowledgeable and passionate, and gave me lots of good advice from the start. He was quick to be able to quote, and his price was very fair indeed. On the day the work was carried out, Greg and his team were very efficient, and hardworking. I was really impressed! They even did extra work within the working day above what was quoted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
