Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Contracted to fit a double window, workmanship isn't great and after months of chasing they still have not supplied a FENSA certificate as stated. I'm now looking into getting the work reviewed by a third party and seeking damages for any remedial works.
