I needed the grass lawn scraped off and removed. make a level foundation to put cement on to create a patio and pathway. completed fast. It looked bad. the man said I needed to pay more money. So I did. Still uneven, the cement mix didn't set. collapsing sideways. Stones found in the rest of my garden.He asked me to pay even more money. Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine.
