Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. Kris was contracted to renovate my 4 bed home: chimney breast removal, structural engineering work to open up the living area and open plan kitchen, replastering walls including tearing down dated artex ceiling. Even out the floor of an old home with uneven planes and complete tiling and wood flooring, completely renovated two bathrooms and installing a utility room and a boiler, including a lot of plumbing work! He completed the job to a very high standard and is very reliable! On time & on budget!
