I cover all aspects of building work from new builds to extension to boundary walls. We pride ourselves on very neat and tidy work. I work for my clients like it’s my own house leaving them with something to be proud of at the end. I try to fulfill everyone’s dream in every job we do. Over 30 years of experience as a multi-tradesman. As well as being a qualified plumber I specialise in other wet trades e.g Decorating, Plastering & Rendering, Tiling & Bricklaying. Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
