Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. The firm quoted from photos. When they eventually turned up (missed one booking and 2 hours late for the next) the guy was on the roof for 2 mins before more than doubling the quote. We felt pressured to pay, it was very stressful. They then offered a discount for cash. We have not received a receipt or a copy of the 10 year guarantee we were promised. We paid best part of a grand for 2 hours work. Don’t be a mug like me get several quotes from reputable people.

After being conned I used this site for my job and Martin came round and with with a very competitive quote and no upfront payments i hired him and have had no regrets his enthusiasm, communication and visions for improving my original extension plans and an extra job in the house which he did working long days while me and my wife were away on holiday so we didn't have to put up with the building work was exceptional like the house was when we returned! Cannot praise him and his small team enough!

Took a chance on using a company with no rating and now paying the price! Gutter repair work carried out and less then 24 hours later the same damage and same faults reappeared. Invoice came with a '7 year guarantee’ contacted them to return and repair their own repair work and although an appointment was made they never turned up and are now not responding to calls, texts or messages
