If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Disgusted with most of the proceedings! It started with a single tile that had slipped down at the ridge, the remedy was a new batten to be fitted for all of this level of tiles, they said. A boxed ridge seal was fitted the price stayed the same., exorbitant! The roof porch needed tile alignment on one side, this was done in a very short time as was the first job. They asked me if I wanted my front wall pointing after what they told me they would do,I agreed. Mortar was scarce and the old was not removed.
