The removal of the chimney was straight forward with the team working harmoniously. The roofing subcontractors followed and the job was completed to full satisfaction in a couple of days with any queries speedily and happily resolved through Tom and his team. Having work done is never 'stress free' (and roofers oft get a bad press) but Baileys Roofing deserve much praise for their work and their strong commitment to giving customer satisfaction. Blythe charged a call out fee to visit the house and prepare an estimate. He then assigned the work to a Mark Harris who we believed works for him. Mark started the work before Christmas and asked for payment in full on the 22nd Dec, promising to complete the work on the 23rd. He failed to turn up and has broken repeated promises since. He now refuses to accept calls. Meanwhile his incomplete work is sub standard and we have new leaks due to poorly laid fiberglass. Slatemasters now deny he works for them!

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now.
