We work from Architect, Engineer drawings to ensure compliance. All our new work comes with a suppliers warranty and a guarantee from us on our Labour Work. We have been with Rated People for over 15 years now and have been trading since 2007. We are based in Edinburgh and our employees are the same tradesmen we have employed since we started. We are conscientious about our work and will always meet our customers' expectations as it is part of our beliefs and values. We fully insured for public and workers liability and have our own Health and Safety Policy.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
