They questioned whether I was the decision maker even after I advised that I was jointly responsible, didn't go on the roof to take a look, plucked a figure out, that happened to be the top end of the budget that RatedPeople require you to post and asked me to confirm my decision that day. When not given work,I then received a message via RP advising they had not been given opportunity to quote!
