Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 8 years. This is the first time I have used a site like this and only just signed up and have no ratings, so please don’t be worried about that. Before COVID most off my work come from word of mouth which is always the best way, but due to COVID work has started to slow down and looking to pick back up hence being new to rated people. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

I needed a plasterer urgently after my kitchen had to be rewired unexpectedly before my new kitchen was due to be installed. This company came the next day to Cumbria from Manchester. They did a great job and worked quickly. Really friendly and cleaned up after they had finished . Would definitely recommend .
