He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
Spoke to Colin at 330pm to discuss the job and agreed I would like him to do it. He came round at 730pm and did the repair. He was polite at all times and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again should the need arise.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. I absolutely love the result which looks great, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
