Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
