Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We asked Piotr to lay heavy limestone tiles on an area of approx 65m2. He has done an unbelievably good job - we could not be happier. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! His attention to detail is great and we cannot recommend him enough. He done another couple of small tiling jobs whilst here and we have already asked him back for another job. Thanks Piotr!
