Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
