They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. Brilliant guy. Fair price quote . Came when he said he would. Broke down the costings and stuck to the quote. As a bonus Roy was a genuinely lovely person, patient with our dogs and even shared some doggy advice. Finished floors are beautiful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

Vinny removed a rotting timber beam and replaced it with a steel beam. It sounds simple but I saw skill and experience producing an excellent job. Take my word for it because the beam is now hidden by a coat of render, looking exactly as it did before.
