Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Excellent Work on Partition Wall, Electrics, and Finish. ?We recently hired these guys to install a partition wall separating our staircase from the living room, and the results are fantastic. ?The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.
