BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. I would call STM first for smaller jobs in future, but also recommend them to family and friends. Thankyou all of you.

I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. Slav and his team worked tirelessly over several days to clear a significant amount of garden soil and relocated a deck in preparation for a new patio. He then organised retaining wall footings and an mot surface ready for the next phase. Throught, he and his team communicated about progress and sought clarification when appropriate. The job was completed on time and in budget and the team always cleared up at the end of the work day. I'm very pleased with Slav's service and have engaged him again.
