I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. All work as carried out to a high standard, as I live 140 miles away I had to leave the key with them and all of the work was completed when they said it would be, there is one small touch up job where a hole had not been filled (by another contractor) after the removal of a down lighter and they have offered to pop back in to just finish the painting so all in all very happy. nic.
