On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well.
