I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.

We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
