Hi, my name is Wojtek. I am from Poland and have been working in the construction industry for 20 years. I graduated from a construction school in Poland. I’ve been living in England for 11 years, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge of building materials, principles, and types of construction work. I mainly focus on general construction, but my specialty is complete bathroom renovations — from total demolition to final finishing (plastering, drywall installation, floor screeding, plumbing, minor electrical work, ceramic and porcelain tiling, bathroom installations, painting). I am also a professional in insulating external walls with polystyrene, mesh, and various types of plaster (mineral, acrylic, silicate). Similar to bathroom renovations, I am an expert in insulation as well. I have extensive experience in Poland and am gaining more practice in England, though this type of work is still less common here. So far, I have completed several full home renovations. As mentioned, I have no issues with painting (using a paint sprayer), plastering, radiator replacements or repositioning, minor electrical work (the only thing I don't do is laying carpets). Depending on the type and scale of the job, I can adjust the number of people needed to complete the project if necessary. Thanks to my vast experience, I can assist with any type of renovation and ensure it meets high standards. I guarantee full dedication to every project.

Hi, my name is Carl Hirthe and I am a qualified plasterer and skilled tradesman. I have been subcontracting for 10 years working on both commercial and residential properties but I am now wanting to work for myself therefore starting the business C.J.H plastering and property maintenance. I am a very hard and tidy worker with high standards of finish. 25 years in the trade, I treat your house as if it was my own.and you will not be disappointed by end result. I have many satisfied customers and therefore don’t need to use this site very often but there are plenty of ratings given on me. Please take five minutes to read my ratings and view picture gallery. Mark
Mark did a great job. Prep was good and job was completed on time. Price was reasonable. Mark is very personable and I would recommend
Hi, my name is Sheridan – new to Ratedpeople and would like to get more reviews. Friendly approach with clients to fulfil all their work. Involved in all aspects of building. We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.
Interesting pattern with any review highlighting issues with Sheridans work. Its always the customer thats wrong. The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didnt complete the work but thats okay because in his view it wasnt essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, cant stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isnt important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.
