We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof.
