We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. All work done to a high standard. Was made aware of when he was going to attend, what work was needed and the cost. Was very tidy. Generally all very good. Would recommend.
They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
