Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

There is no job too big or too small that I can complete. I am polite, well mannered also I'm punctual. When it comes to the jobs I complete I'm a perfectionist. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
