An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Phil & his team were amazing! They took down the biggest and thickest set Cypress that had overgrown the height of our house and width of our big garden. They worked solidly for 2 days in the heat and didn't stop. Even cleared everything up afterwards. They are very reasonable, polite and knowledgeable. We would most definately recommend. Identified all leak issues and suitable fix. However, the pond still leaks after a follow up visit. Going to pay the same money to get a full restoration from another contractor.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position.
