Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Ford Tree Surgery spent the day topping and trimming my trees and have done an excellent job. They kept me informed of the time they were going to arrive, did everything I asked, plus made some suggestions as to what else they could do as part of the price quoted. The price quoted was between two figures and I was pleasantly surprised that I was charged the lower amount. I now have far more light in the garden, so am very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
