Not the cheapest quote I received, but felt he understood best the work required & would finish the job to the highest standard. 100% the right decision. The paving itself looks superb, the cleanup and general level of care was good and the attention to detail fantastic. The whole job only took 2 days. Said he would come back to finish off on the Thursday snd to spray a substance to orevent anythj g geowing back. (he came on the previous Monday). Initially really pleased, but he hasn't come back (it has been 3 weeks since the injtial visit) and he has not responded to any of my messages, even though they show as having been read and now the weeds have already started to grow back, so it's going to cost more money to get someone out. Not happy.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
