A very professional group of family run business. Reliable and courteous, they turn up on time, done a great job and cleans up well afterwards. They took a lot less time than expected (a real example of under-promised but way over delivered!). The quality of the work was good and I have no hesitations on recommending this trader. P.S. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
