I was advised by a number of roofers that the flashing needed to be replaced with proper dividers and Richard gave me the most competitive price to include all scaffolding, pointing the back chimney and replacing any worn tiles. The scaffolders were quick and efficient and the two roofers Max and Connor were very professional and thorough. They advised me that the bottom two rows of roof felting needed replacing and Richard gave me a very competitive price to include this.

Lift and re-lay large paved area. Would highly recommend. Responded speedily and politely to all communication. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Price was very reasonable. Darren, Leon, Tyler and Kendal were all really polite and respectful. They worked really hard, even doing some extra bits that weren't quoted for. Would definitely use them again. James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James
