We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!

Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
