Behrooz was hired to install underfloor insulation for soundproofing and engineered wood flooring in our flat. He was always on time and let us know when his working days and hours in advance. During the process, additional works arose as it's a Victorian house, which Behrooz explained in detail. We proceeded after discussion. We were on a tight deadline, but Behrooz and the team made it happen, even willing to work later hours, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!
