George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
Have been in the building trade for over 38 years, understanding for labouring to manage of site, from induction to the works to the finish of the say works, safe working, first aid, site management, structure work to one homes, clean site at all times, full liability insurance, Health safety, COSHH Regulations 2002,waste off site, materials on and off site at all times, working with people at all times. This is your home and your money that is being worked on and these jobs are the world to you, so lets get it right for you the first time, with a cost that is right for you.
