More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality.
