Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation. Most importantly, the quality of the finish was superb. Diligent tradesmen, polite, arrived on time and tidied up every evening - didn't even notice them. Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

The building work and the new kitchen was the biggest project undertaken so far on our first home and we wanted to ensure that we had a builder with whom we could work along with well. From the outset we have been impressed with the professional approach not just in the actual work but in all your communications with us, be it emails, quotations or invoices. Everything was explained in a detailed and understandable manner. Given the age of our property (a Victorian terrace) and our prior experience of having discovered areas of questionable DIY(!), we were not surprised that unforeseen problems arose with the kitchen. These were dealt with in the same professional way and with the least amount of trouble to us. When we have further projects to complete on our home, we will definitely contact for a quotation.

We are very happy we went with 1Horizon. We wanted to do some of the internal work ourselves and they were the only ones we spoke to who agreed to this. They were happy to work with us on our quote to get what we needed. Aiden and his team were friendly, honest and reliable throughout and the standard of work provided by all trades was excellent. Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
