We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. My wife and have no hesitation in recommending mark for anyone seeking similar bullding projects

Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. Clean, efficient and helpful. Did what he said and to the quote even though it took a few more days. Would certainly use him again and recommend jeff to anyone who needs a good builder.

In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. Blockops teams created and knocked through my kitchen wall into my living space adding an extension, and creating a downstairs bathroom. They did an amazing job. They were really transparent on cost, the standard of work was excellent. They’re flexible, accommodating and always find a solutions. Added this they finished on time. I would fully recommend them, and will use them again.

From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. I left them to it and by late afternoon my job was done exactly to my requirements and to the amount agreed. They made sure that I was happy with the progress and quality at regular intervals. Great service with a great end result. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any general construction work I need.

Was quite shocked that only one person responded and we had a good chat about what I needed and was told if I gave him my address he would come around and have a look so gave him that but he didn’t get back to me so wasn’t happy.
