George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. My company has been in business for over 30 years and is a family run company. We specialise in all construction trades (all trades). We are also gas safe registered. We can also help with the latest green homes grant scheme for eco boilers, loft insulation and double glazing. We also install all central heating and any gas appliances. 24 hour call out available.
Arrived on time explained what need done kept me updated throughout repair. Was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend

At Weatherproof we aim to provide our services exclusively within the Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Qualified in offering energy efficient measures and all aspects of conservation management. We are proud members of the National Federation of Master Roofers as well as being able to offer insurance backed guarantees through the Government ApprovedTrust Mark Process. We work from Architect, Engineer drawings to ensure compliance. All our new work comes with a suppliers warranty and a guarantee from us on our Labour Work. We have been with Rated People for over 15 years now and have been trading since 2007. We are based in Edinburgh and our employees are the same tradesmen we have employed since we started. We are conscientious about our work and will always meet our customers' expectations as it is part of our beliefs and values. We fully insured for public and workers liability and have our own Health and Safety Policy.
Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
