We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. My wife and have no hesitation in recommending mark for anyone seeking similar bullding projects

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

Hi Very good service, reliable and trusting. Painted all my rooms nicely and fitted it in when i wanted him to do it. I would totally recommend them to anyone.
