All personnel are time served in the industry allowing to draw on vast years of experience, we treat your selves and your home with the utmost respect involving you in each stage of your valued installation, no matter how large or small keeping you informed as we go along. The owner/Director deals with all first call appointments and visits each and every installation as it is going on, he himself is fully time served and has been in this industry since 1973. We value each and every enquiry and price the job very competitively and each job is covered by a full written contract of works to ensure that each party is under no illusions as to the work tendered for, it is also surveyed by company surveyor ensuring all points are fully covered and checked before works commence and inspected and signed off at conclusion of install. To assist you further all and any initial payments are by card for mutual protections. All works are guaranteed 10 years in writing, all works sites are fully cleaned down with all old and surplus materials removed and disposed of. Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
