We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
