Serious and hard working. Since 1998 in EU and from 2010 in UK . "Work smart not hard" . Some people think they will get from you what they want with force. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. The garden looks like it has been done more than ten years ago. Is very disrespectful and selfish to leave my garden like that, I have worked hard to save up money for him to take my kindness as weakness. He need to be warned for poorly work, and so much heartache he has caused me. He is in a rush just to get money without delivering excellent work.

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

Hi, we carry out various gardening jobs, from cutting grass, to landscaping. We are a very reliable company and no job is to small or big. I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. Also we do removals of old sheds etc, garden clearances and removal of waste metal. Also willing to construct sheds, storage boxes and fencing. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.
