They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Untidy, skip left at the premises for 3 months, had to call myself to get it removed, fobbed off with endless excuses and numerous dates given on when completion would take place but failed to deliver.
