Martin promptly responded after posting the work. He visited to look over and discuss the proposed job. The height of the chimney was reduce, fire place removed and grate blocked with plaster finish all in one day.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Barry sussed out the problem we had with our leaking roof and fixed it quickly. We had several others round to quote but I trusted Barry’s diagnosis and it paid off. It would have been 5 stars but how expensive is a roofing job! An education for me. He was “competitive” though. 3 months later and not a drop inside the house so job done.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I put an ad for a roof leak on the 26/ 9/22 . I was told what the problem was. Quoted £450. Got charged£600. Waited for it to dry out. No it was the same.called out again and paid another £200. Waited again to dry out. Last month we’ve took the tiles off the wall,during the rain I watched the rain run down the internal brick work . let him know . contacted my insurance. From my insurance I’ve found out I have not had the flaunching repaired (I’ve paid for that.) Today is wed 22 March . No contact.

There was a watermark around the inside of my Velux window which suggested a slow leak. Danny responded and agreed to come and look at it, he kept me informed about the day and time. He wasn’t able to do the repair on the day but provided me with a reasonable quote. He arrived to complete the work and again kept me informed about a change in the time. The work was done more quickly than he had anticipated and the price was revised down. A nice polite individual who I will have no hesitation in using again.

sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye
