Do not use this company - first time it rained my roof leaked again. I was already suspicious because of the way they begged to be paid immediately afterward then failed to send me any documentation including a 2 year guarantee. DO NOT USE!

He was communicative, provided a fair and insightful quote based on discussions with me, arrived on time, was skilful in his installation of our cat flap into a thick brick wall and cleaned up perfectly. Karl took out our old cement fillet and replaced it with lead flashing. He did a great job at a fair price and was very helpful throughout - even helping me get some spare tiles from the attic to replace ones that had been ruined by the old cement. Punctual service (he even managed to squeeze us in earlier). Highly recommended.

Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. Once the decision was taken he came back and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Would certainly use this firm again.
