We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed.
