Tony not only did carpentry and joinery work, but also took on building, plumbing and beyond. He is truly multi talented and very very dedicated. Ivan did a good job. He completed the work in a day and a half as promised , at a reasonable cost. Good comms, he explained the scope of the project. Heavy work, including removal of old wood chip paper which had been up on the ceiling for years. Then relining with paper, filling, applying 2 coats of emulsion. I now have a smooth ceiling and the room is now in a fit state for me to redecorate as I wish.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
