I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
DO NOT EMPLOY THIS BUILDER!! He has laid my wood flooring onto carpet without my knowledge and now the floor is ruined. He took on the job even though he wasn't qualified or capable of given that he told me he was,and has then stated that I told him to lay down the wood flooring onto carpet. I can CATEGORICALLY deny that. He now will not answer my calls to discuss this. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A LIE.

Triac mended a broken garden fence which had blown down in the wind. He put in new posts with concrete and used the existing panels to make the fence look like new! He also built a new fence at the front of the house. The fence looks great. Triac is reliable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend him.
