The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...
